From the humble beginnings in 1884, providing communities with ice to keep their perishables fresh and long lasting, Maui Soda & Ice Works transformed into a premier distributor of beverage and frozen items for the islands of Maui and Lanai.

Ralph A. Wadsworth purchases the company from French

Maui Soda & Ice works is relocated to its present Wailuku site

Maui Soda & Ice Works purchases Wailuku Soda Works

Manuel Nobriga begins working at Maui Soda & Ice Works

Coca-Cola® is bottled on Maui at Maui Soda & Ice Works

Maui Ice Cream, a division of Meadow Gold Dairy, leases space at Maui Soda & Ice Works

Nobriga family (closed corp.) buys Maui Soda & Ice Works company and property from Wadsworth Family

Maui Soda & Ice Works purchases Lahaina Ice Works

Introductions of the Roselani Ice Cream brand

Maui Soda & Ice Works celebrates it’s 100th anniversary (it was found later that the company was truly founded in 1884)
