Title: Sales Support Supervisor

Job Information:

  • Assist in maintaining and building a strong customer relationship with all key markets and small accounts on a daily/weekly basis to ensure customer’s needs are met.
  • This position must be able to handle any issues that escalate with accounts or respond to any customer inquiries.
  • Assists Sales & Marketing Manager with executing goals, objectives, quotas, and analyzing the market to determine sales opportunities and customer needs to grow beverage product.
  • Acquire new accounts for the entire territory and create new accounts with Look of Success through company-standard sales procedures and templates.
  • Ensure assets meet minimum performance requirements and develop a plan of action for those assets generating low or zero volume.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to implement and complete store resets on a quarterly/ semi-annual basis.
  • Assist merchandisers with re-sets as needed.
  • Supervise merchandisers with designing route, work schedules, work responsibilities.
  • Assist in managing all POS to include inventory and purging of old unusable pieces.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Field Market Manager to ensure that all accounts are properly merchandised and all promotions/programs are executed properly.

Required Education

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing and/ Business                    

Experience

  • Preferred 1 + years of warehouse experience
  • Preferred 1 + years of merchandising experience
  • Preferred 3 + years of beverage sales

DOE:  $28 – $33/hour
